Tom leads engineering at GigaOm, where he focuses on building reliable, secure, and scalable platforms that turn practitioner insight into usable products. He partners closely with Research, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ship features that improve authoring workflows, accelerate production of Key Criteria and Radar deliverables, and elevate customer experience across web and enterprise access. Tom’s priorities include modern data and content pipelines, automation, QA, and observability—so teams can ship faster with confidence. He believes great engineering is measured by outcomes: stability for customers, speed for internal teams, and clarity in the roadmap.
