Here’s What You Need to Know

As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and running social media campaigns to support brand awareness and reputation, community growth and engagement, as well as lead generation to meet internal sales and channel marketing business objectives.

Your day to day will include:

  • Working directly with stakeholders to keep our social media content calendar up-to-date to meet internal and external objectives across marketing, brand, communications, and sales practices.
  • Run, edit, publish, and share content strategies and content offerings that inform, engage and educate our target audiences and channels to executive our social media strategy and meet campaign goals. Channels include but are not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google My Business (GMB).
  • Manage promotions and ad campaigns across channels, including reach, frequency, flighting and budget to meet on-going brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Cross-collaborate with internal teams including but not limited to graphic design, video production, content and copywriting, to manage social media content assets and maintain brand consistency.
  • Grow, maintain, and respond to questions, responses from our communities across our social media platforms.
  • Social listening across our social media channels to improve content offerings to meet content strategies and support competitor positioning.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and milestones and reporting on metrics tied to internal KPIs across our internal objectives. brand awareness and reputation, community growth and engagement, and lead generation.

Desirable Qualities and Experience (You don’t need all… just some)

  • 3+ Years of experience in a marketing role managing social media platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate strong marketing acumen with written/verbal skills
  • Hands on experience in content management for B2B brands
  • Familiarity with maintaining brand strategies, including identity, voice, and tone
  • Experience being held to managing social media analytics and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is preferred
  • Background in selling technology, research and media products from organizations such as technology providers, system integrators, Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Tech Target, etc.
  • Strong technical acumen and passionate about technology
