Let’s talk about intuition. Intuition is not instinct and it is not belief. It is knowledge acquired without reasoning. No one really knows how it is that we get it. But we use it extensively in situations where we don’t have perfect information.

Now, it’s arguable whether intuition is accurate, or if it really is a form of reasoning that you do unconsciously. But the point is that it doesn’t seem like something a deterministic computer can achieve, which might be a real problem when it comes to building strong AI.
