  1. They are more than the customers. They are the consumers of the 21st century. They are the protagonists and those who keep the companies in suspense. Today’s customers have high expectations. One is that they anticipate that companies will meet to design the best online experience and the other is that they will offer what they are looking for here and now. But this precision entails much more work than it seems. And without them, the data, there’s nothing to do.
