Microsoft’s Windows Phone app canon continues to play catch up to Android and iOS with the release of Vine on Tuesday. The popular video sharing app should function much the same as its counterparts, allowing you to create and share looping six-second video clips. Exclusive to Windows Phone is the ability to pin Vine accounts to your home screen. You can also apply any of your camera’s Windows Phone “lenses” to video captured with the app.
