IAC has more than 50 Internet businesses in 30 countries, focusing on search (with sites like Ask.com and Dictionary.com), online dating (Match.com, OkCupid), local listings (Citysearch, Urbanspoon) and media (Vimeo, Daily Beast, CollegeHumor).
Newsweek merged with the Daily Beast, and IAC owns 50 percent of the Newsweek Daily Beast company. CEO Barry Diller said he expects IAC’s media business to grow in the next three to five years.
Search revenue was disclosed to be $1,093,863,000, Match.com was $518,027 and Media was $243,814,000.
