I wish you had received the Toshiba Excite 7.7 instead of the 10.1, especially since if it had ICS on it. I’ve wanted to get the Galaxy Tab 7.7 but won’t buy it until it has ICS and the Excite 7.7 is supposed to have the same screen as the Samsung.

    • Sorry Doug, I haven’t been able to get my hands on the Excite 7.7. I hear it may launch in June, so hopefully, I’ll get to look at one before then. I have the Galaxy Tab 7.7 WiFi (imported from Korea) and really like it but I’m looking forward to the ICS upgrade.

Kevin and Matt, I have been using the original Kindle with the case that Kevin discussed on the latest Mobile Tech Roundup for close to 1.5 years. It’s really great. I tried the Kindle Touch and went back to the Kindle 2 as I liked the actual buttons on the Kindle 2. What’s interesting is that I have the iPad2, the Samsung Galaxy Note, and an Android phone, all of which are touch devices! Go figure.

    • Definitely some personal preference involved; I like the touch screen over the hardware buttons. But I also have small hands, so the new Kindle Touch fits me better. ;) Funny how you like touch on all of your other devices!
