The UK internet population actually fell by one percent in the year to July, according to Nielsen data in Ofcom’s International Communication Market Report 2011.

Could be stalled due to the fact that all the people that have access to the Internet has been reached for the most part or the number of fake accounts being created has decreased. Whatever the reason is for the decline, it was going to happen sooner or later. There are only so many people on this planet that can use a computer or device and actually have access to the Internet.
