Reporting to co-founder and CEO Michele DiLorenzo, Osder will be responsible for business development, marketing, product and client solutions. She’ll also open JumpTime’s New York office early next year. Previously, Osder has consulted with media brands such as FT.com, AOL (NYSE: AOL), News Corp. (NSDQ: NWS) and The Daily Beast.
— Sociable Labs: Tech and software vet James Donelan has joined as VP of engineering. He comes from Lithium Technologies, where he was SVP of engineering.
— Performics: The Publicis Groupe-owned performance marketing agency recently promoted Daina Middleton to worldwide CEO from U.S. CEO. The company operates in 14 countries and plans to expand in 2012. The reorg sees Frederic Joseph becoming CEO in Europe, Middle East, Africa, based in London, and Gareth Mulryan as regional director in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Vice Chairman Andras Vigh has expanded network development responsibilities.
— MediaBrix: Two sales hires and a promotion: Aimee Campbell joins in the new position of director of sales for the midwest region, and Alison Starr is now director of sales for the west coast. Campbell had been senior sales manager at 33Across and Starr previously worked with companies such as Conde Nast Digital, Everyday Health and Clearspring Communications. Adam Francisco Eldbridge has been promoted to director of sales for the east, from senior account executive.
