E! News: Cyndi McClellan and John Najarian have seen the expansion of their roles. McClellan has been promoted to president of network strategy and E! News. Najarian, who is EVP and GM of digital and business development, will now oversee E! Online as well. Both executives report to E! Entertainment Television President Suzanne Kolb. McClellan formerly served as EVP of research and program strategy of Comcast (NSDQ: CMCSA) Entertainment Group.

The Orchard: Random House’s Peter McCarthy has joined as SVP of marketing. Reporting to CEO Brad Navin, McCarthy will lead marketing efforts, identify third party partnerships and work with the product development and engineering teams. Previously, McCarthy was VP of Penguin Group (USA) for six years, and prior to that, he worked in various digital capacities at The New York Review of Books and its family of publications.

Kenshoo: Bridget Shea has been promoted to VP of global client services to oversee teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia Pacific. Prior to this she was VP of client services for the Americas. Before joining Kenshoo, Shea was VP of search operations for SendTec.
