Industry Moves: Everything Everywhere; Stoke; Mobile Posse; Zipline Games

Everything Everywhere: Mark Horrobin is the director of transformation for Everything Everywhere, the merged JV between T-Mobile and Orange in the UK, to oversee further integration of the operators into a single business. He comes from Tesco Telecom, where he had been COO until earlier this year.

Stoke: A heavyweight hire for mobile broadband infrastructure company Stoke, which has appointed David Williams as its new CTO. He comes from Comcast (NSDQ: CMCSA), where he was CTO and SVP of wireless technology. Before that he had been the CTO of O2 Telefonica (NYSE: TEF), between 2003 and 2008 and also held executive roles at Cingular, SBC, Orange and Vodafone.

Mobile Posse: Scott Totman is the new CTO for the mobile advertising company Mobile Posse. He comes from 12 years at AOL (NYSE: AOL), where he was most recently VP of engineering for messaging, overseeing such efforts as putting Google (NSDQ: GOOG) and Facebook interoperability with AIM.

Zipline Games: Shane Kim has joined the board of directors at Zipline Games, a cross-platform mobile games developer. Among his past roles, Kim had been corporate VP of Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Game Studios, overseeing franchises like Halo, Gears of War and Fable. He is currently also actively working with a number of other gaming companies including Jambool and GameStop.
