PopCap: SonyEricsson (NSDQ: ERIC) has signed a deal with PopCap to preload games from PopCap on to SonyEricsson handsets. PopCap is getting acquired by Electronic Arts (NSDQ: ERTS) for $650 million, plan an optional $100 million earn-out. (via PopCap)
