Mashable: Sharon Feder has been promoted to publisher of the social media news site. Prior to having joined the company in 2008 as managing editor, she previously co-founded and served as president of My Social Dog, a social networking site for dog owners.

Meebo: Some senior changes: COO Martin Green is now president of the company. Co-founders Sandy Jen and Elaine Wherry have moved into expanded positions of CTO and chief experience officer (CXO), respectively. Jen was previously VP of engineering and will now lead the whole engineering team.

Revision3: Former CBSi SVP/GM Anthony Soohoo joins the board of directors. Prior to CBS Interactive (NYSE: CBS), Soohoo was VP and GM at Yahoo.

Berkery Noyes: Media and entertainment investment banker Evan Klein has signed on as media and marketing firm’s managing director.
