Digital River: The e-commerce solutions provider has a new president, Tom Donnelly. He first joined as treasurer and VP of finance and was eventually promoted to CFO. Prior to Digital River (NSDQ: DRIV), Donnelly was CFO and COO of Net Perceptions.

Ubermind: Five promotions at the Seattle, WA-based mobile and tech firm: Achim Bässler from director of project management to VP; Donald Brady from VP of business development to VP of sales & business development; Brooke Walker from director of finance and administration to VP of finance and administration; Ryan Peterson from manager of business development & marketing to director of marketing; Rob Banagale from account manager to director of strategic consulting and innovation.

Visible Measures: Chris Harris, who previous was director of engineering at Yahoo’s video platform team, has joined Visible Measures as VP of engineering. Earlier, he was director of engineering at Maven Networks, until it was acquired by Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) in 2008.

Miramax: Mitzi Reaugh has been appointed SVP of strategy and business development, reporting to CFO Steve Schoch. She comes from The Nielsen Company, where she was SVP of client solutions.
