My Damn Channel: Matt Kaplan started his new gig this week as My Damn Channel’s chief revenue officer, reporting to Founder/CEO Rob Barnett. With over a decade of experience in digital media ad sales and marketing, he was most recently VP of digital media at <em<Maxim publisher Alpha Media Group.

Access 360 Media: Randy Gerstenblatt is now EVP of business development, leading the company’s advertising and media partnerships. He previously worked at Six Flags Entertainment Corp. as SVP of corporate alliances, and prior to that, he was SVP of customer marketing at ESPN.

Kaboodle: Shortly after hiring CMO Steve Chien, Kaboodle has signed on Robert Carter as VP of product. Carter will report directly to CEO Ann Zehren. He comes from KodakGallery.com where he was senior director of product management and led the company’es social, mobile and partner efforts.

Viacom (NYSE: VIA) International Media Networks: VIMN has promoted Tom Armstrong to VP of digital sales for Viacom Brand Solutions International (VBSI). He’ll report to Dave Sibley, EVP/MD for VBSI, and Philip Bourchier O’Ferrall, SVP of Digital for VIMN. Based in VIMN’s London headquarters, Armstrong will be returning to the UK after four years in Australia where he was VP of business development and digital for MTV Networks Australia and New Zealand.
