There’s 121 projects that are being funded by the Department of Energy’s ARPA-E program, which allots grants to high-risk early-stage companies, and at the ARPA-E Summit this week, a handful of the winning companies presented their technologies at booths. Interestingly enough, a lot of the grant winners actually aren’t there and are opting to stay in stealth mode for awhile. But here’s some of the more photogenic companies at ARPA-E:
