Bravo: Lisa Hsia has been promoted to the new post of EVP of Bravo Digital Media. She previously was SVP of the division since Nov. 2005. Some of the projects she’s led include real-time viewing site Bravo Talk Bubble and the Bravo Now tablet and smartphone app. Prior to joining Bravo, Hsia was VP of NBC (NSDQ: CMCSA) News. She currently serves on the board of the Tribeca Film Institute.

Mediabrands Ventures: The venture arm of Interpublic’s Mediabrands has appointed Jason Weisberger as COO, Mediabistro reports. He previously held the same post at Federated Media Publishing.

Hulu: Bryan Thoensen is now branded entertainment leader, a capacity in which he’ll run a new division, according to the NYT. He had been VP for William Morris Endeavor marketing.

INscribe Digital: Anne Kubek has joined the company as EVP and GM. A longtime Borders exec, she most recently was EVP of merchandising and marketing.
