LivingSocial: The daily deals site has appointed a new CFO to manage the $175 million it received from Amazon (NSDQ: AMZN) last December. John Bax was most recently CFO of RecycleBank; prior to that he held the same title at Sentient.

OnLive: Etienne Handman has traded his COO position at on-demand, instant-streaming music provider Pandora for the same title at on-demand, instant-streaming gaming provider OnLive. Prior to Pandora, Handman was VP of operations at De La Rue.

AOL: Eric Singleton is now SVP of technologies for AOL’s paid services division. Reporting to CTO and EVP Alex Gounares, he will oversee the creation of a unified platform for his division’s paid offerings. The division manages subscriptions, the WOW! Deal of the Day, and other premium services such as AOL (NYSE: AOL) Computer Checkup and SafeSocial. Singleton previously worked as an IT executive/principal consultant.

Chegg: Two additions to the senior management team: Tom Dillon joins as SVP of distribution and Esther Lem is now chief marketing officer. Formerly Netflix’s COO, Dillon will now manage product distribution. Lem, on the other hand, will manage all online and offline marketing initiatives with an emphasis on consumer interest and rental behavior. She was most recently VP at Unilever.
