A recent survey of New Year’s resolutions found that workers want to get organized, stay connected, and respond more quickly to business communications. Thirty-seven percent of those surveyed say that they will resolve to be more prompt when responding to business emails and calls.
The survey was conducted online in December 2010 by Harris Interactive (s hpol) on behalf of Intermedia. Respondents were employed U.S. adults who have a New Year’s business communications resolution.
