Ovi-Focused Mobile Ad Network Inneractive Raises $2.3 Million


Inneractive has raises $2.3 million in a second round of funding from Evergreen Venture Partners, reports Israel’s Globes publication. The three-year old mobile ad network aggregator works with 45 ad networks worldwide to ensure that it can fill ad requests with the highest paying ad.

While Inneractive works with a variety of mobile platforms, including Android, iPhone, BlackBerry and others, it appears to specialize in Nokia’s Ovi Store. It claims that 25 percent of Ovi’s daily downloads are using its SDK, along with five of the top 10 Ovi apps.

Inneractive CEO Ziv Elul told Globes that in the past year, “we were able to greatly expand out activity in the mobile advertising market, mainly thanks to developers’ recognition of the ability of our platform and service to generate high revenue for them from free applications compared with for-pay applications.”
