Josh James, the founder and former CEO of Omniture, is leaving Adobe Systems (NSDQ: ADBE) 11 months after Adobe purchased his company for $1.8 billion. James had joined Adobe as SVP of its Omniture business unit post-acquisition. He’s being succeeded in that post by Brad Rencher, a VP of business operations at Omniture (NSDQ: OMTR). No word on what James will do next. He joined Demand Media’s board in mid-April.
