Cape Wind Battle Far From Over: Climate Intel reports that it’s “a virtual certainty that the battle over Cape Wind will continue into a second decade. Perhaps those filmmakers should get to work on a sequel.”

White Roofs For All: The New York Times writes that DOE Secretary Steven Chu “directed all Energy Department offices to install white roofs during new construction, when replacing old roofs and wherever an installation is cost-effective over the lifetime of the roof. The secretary urged other federal agencies to follow suit.”
