Buying a new phone in the future will become increasingly complex, as consumers demand that all of the information stored on the device — from music to applications and bookmarks — is shifted from one device to the next. To that end, Synchronoss is paying up to $75 million for FusionOne. Now, in addition to offering back-office activation software to carriers, the company is getting into the business of syncing and transferring this content.
