Industry Moves: Zong; NewBay; Booyah

Zong: The mobile payment service adds four execs: Elena Krasnoperova is VP of analytics and fraud management and Stephane Kasriel is VP of sales and business development; both of them join from PayPal. Former Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) exec Sandy Taylor has signed on as VP of finance and Tim Armandpour is now VP of engineering, having come from SendMe.

NewBay Software: Andrew Fuller has been appointed senior product manager. Most recently, he co-founded Voxpilot and served as CTO.

Booyah: OpenTable President and CEO Jeff Jordan has joined Booyah’s board of directors. The company is best known for its location-based mobile entertainment app, MyTown.
