Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Advertising is doing some last refinishing following the simultaneous departure of Robin Domeniconi and the hiring of Carolyn Everson as corporate VP for Global Ad Sales. Keith Lorizio, who has been with the company for five years, is having marketing duties tacked on to his role as VP of U.S. sales. So in addition to continuing to manage ad deals, including regional field sales, account services, he is also charged with focus on ramping up Microsoft’s display ad efforts was well as handling the Microsoft search alliance with Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO), Lorizio previous employer.
By taking on marketing, Lorizio, who reports to Everson,
is a direct replacement who was brought in just as Domeniconi left to return to her magazine publishing roots last month to join Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.
