US chip maker Broadcom announced today that it had made an all-cash offer for British near field communications (NFC) tech firm Innovision. The deal values the company at about £32 million ($47.5 million).
Innovision plans to ask its shareholders to agree to the £0.35 ($0.52) a share takeover, which represents a premium of 84.2 percent to the company
