Weekend Poll: How Are You Watching the World Cup?

Okay, we gotta admit, our priorities have shifted here at camp NewTeeVee in recent days. We used to be all about serious reporting, but who has the time for such things when there are five hours of soccer to watch every day? We’ve been trying to keep on top of things by muting our TVs and minimizing those World Cup online streams, but it’s only a matter of time before one of us interrupts the others with Instant Messages, announcing that there’s been a “gooooooooooooool!” And to be honest: All those World Cup stories we’ve been cranking out? Really just a good excuse to get back to watching the games.

Speaking of which: How are you following the World Cup? Are you watching them online via ESPN3? Are you turning to Univisionfutbol.com instead? Do you just keep an eye on Twitter to at least pretend you’re going to be productive in the month ahead? Or are you simply settling down on the couch in front of your TV, because you’re oldschool like that (or rather, you don’t have to sit in an office when the games are on)?

We’ve compiled a quick poll to get a sense of how you’re watching the World Cup, but we’d also be interested in how your experience has been so far. Have you been having difficulties finding or playing streams online? Is the video quality what you’d expect? Or are there other things the networks could improve? Please let us know in the comments!
