ITV (LSE: ITV) mobile streams: The broadcaster, from June 11, will simulcast ITV1 and ITV2 via iPhone mobile web at for the World Cup. The channels already stream on desktop web and unofficially via services like TVCatchUp.

Participation TV rules: Ofcom has published a regulatory statement confirming that participation TV channels whose sole purpose is to promote premium-rate services should be regulated under the Broadcast Advertising Standards Code.

Fetch TV at Tesco: IP Vision’s hybrid Freeview-VOD-PVR-IPTV box will sell at Tesco Extras and through Tesco Direct from Friday, priced £200.

    Is there going to be an iPad version of ITV’s streams as well? I guess not, else they would be trumpeting it. I would pay for a service optimized for the iPad, but alas.
