VIDEO: Co-Founder of Plug-In America Talks About the Fall and Rise of EVs

The electric vehicle advocacy group Plug-In America has been promoting the electrification of cars since back when General Motors was crushing them. Now over the next couple of years there will be far more demand than there is supply, says Plug-In America co-founder Marc Geller, who we interviewed at an event in Napa standing in front of his own electric Rav-4. While he agrees the large auto makers are moving slowly, he’s bullish on startups Coda and Tesla.

The interview was conducted at A Taste of KI, an eco-lifestyle even extraordinaire at the Carneros Inn in Napa Valley.

I was wondering about the comment that there was no place to plug in at the location of the interview (50 miles from SF). Where did you do the interview? I was thinking that it was maybe at UC Davis.
