Industry Moves: PopCap; WebVisible; Fox Networks; Fancast; Glam; Seeking Alpha

PopCap Games: The video game maker hired Frits Habermann as its CTO, reporting to EVP of Studios Ed Allard. Habermann succeeds Brian Fiete, a company co-founder, who transitions to the new role of Technology Fellow. Habermann joins PopCap after 20 years at Adobe (NSDQ: ADBE), most recently as VP of Core Technologies.

WebVisible: Online ad and search vet Jon Rosen has joined as chief revenue officer. He comes from AOL (NYSE: AOL) search, where he served as executive director for strategy and business development, and earlier he worked with Autobytel and Spot Runner.

Fox Networks: Cable TV vet Julie Simon has been named SVP of advanced services for Fox Networks affiliate sales and marketing, where she’ll oversee HDTV, interactive TV and VOD. Prior to joining the company, she was VP of strategy and business development for AETN/Lifetime Television and earlier, VP of product management at Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) Cable.

Fancast: Cathy Goepfert jumps from one Comcast (NSDQ: CMCSA) company to another, joining Fancast as national sales director. In this role, Goepfert will build online programs with advertising partners. She first joined DailyCandy in 2007, after having worked with Warner Bros. Television.
