TV Guide President Ryan O’Hara Leaving, Nine Months After Lionsgate Bought It

More trouble and reorg continues at TV Guide Network: Ryan O’Hara, president of TV Guide Network and is leaving to take a new position in New York, co-parents Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF) and investor One Equity Partners announced today. O’Hara, who had been at TVG for eight years, already has a new undisclosed entrepreneurial job in NYC, which will be announced next week, the companies said. For now, the exec team at TVG will be managed by TV Guide Network which recently strengthened its management team with the announcement that respected industry veteran Diane Robina has been named EVP of Development, Acquisition and Programming Strategy. Robina also continues as president of Lionsgate’s branded multiplatform horror/thriller network FearNet with partners Sony (NYSE: SNE) and Comcast.

TV Guide Network and will continue under the leadership of their current management teams under the overall direction of LGF CEO Jon Feltheimer and TV Guide Network board chairman Allen Shapiro.
