Today in Cloud

Well, Forrester seems to think IT spending will rebound this year, which leaves me wondering where companies are going to be spending their technology dollars. Although it seems like the right time to invest in internal-cloud solutions, I think most companies will wait until the next round of infrastructure upgrades to take the plunge. However, it might be wise to set the table for full-on cloud initiatives with dynamic gear and management software that will make the transition easier in another 12-18 months.  Any thoughts on where these additional dollars will go?
