Scott Neslund (pictured, left), the former CEO of WPP Group’s Mindshare, has been tapped as CEO of search marketer Red Bricks Media. He replaces the San Francisco-based agency’s co-founder Elliott Easterling, who was named interim CEO last July shortly after Edward Kim resigned the post. In handing over the CEO post to Neslund, Easterling will become chairman of the board. Neslund left Mindshare in May ’09 after nearly two-and-a-half years at the helm. He arrived at the WPP media shop in April 2005 after serving two years as president of Publicis Groupe’s Starlink. Neslund’s hiring comes a week after Mindshare’s latest reorg, which has Rob Norman adding the title of CEO of GroupM North America to his current role as head of GroupM Interactive, the WPP media unit
