Sky on PS3: It’s just launched an Xbox VOD service and Sky now looks to have sealed a deal to get its channels on Sony’s PS3. In a footnote to its epic 277-page submission to Ofcom’s pay TV consultation, Sky says: “The deal to provide Sky’s channels on the PS3 platform has not yet been made public and is confidential to Sky.” There is reference to another games console video service, possibly Nintendo’s Wii, but that line has been deleted in the public document — unlike the one about the PS3 deal. U2-Youtube: U2’s concert in Pasadena on Sunday night clocked up 10 million views via a live YouTube broadcast, and a further one million people have watched since the site archived it on Monday. From

Tiscali Music: Four months after its takeover by Carphone Warehouse, Tiscali is following Virgin Media and BSkyB and will launch a music download service, using a white label version of eMusic‘s 6.5 million-track download store. Release.
