Mojiva Launches Mobile Ad Analytics Subsidiary, mOcean


Mobile ad tech and services firm Mojiva has launched mOcean Mobile, a new mobile ad management and analytics platform. mOcean’s technology previously powered Mojiva’s white label ad network services; as a wholly-owned subsidiary, mOcean will now be able to work with non-Mojiva customers.

Mojiva, which is backed by Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments (BDMI), will continue to operate its own self-serve and premium ad networks. A spokesperson did not rule out the possibility of mOcean raising its own future funding.
