Market intelligence company StrategyEye is increasing the spread of its data through a partnership with market researchers Cleantech Group. The London-based company monitors thousands for news of deals, partnerships and developments relating to some 50,000 companies and offers the data in a range of formats for its 1,300 corporate clients. The company also says it’s busy “preparing several B2B partnerships to scale into new regions and industries” using partners’ content and third-party sources. Release.
It’s been a tough time for deal-tracking companies like StrategyEye: VC-tracker Library House succumbed to the downturn in December and entered administration, before its database was sold on to Dow Jones. Although, less competition can only be good for the market intelligence players that remain.
