Cable company DEN Networks is close to filing for an IPO, reports The Economic Times. Promoted by IBN18 managing director Sameer Manchanda, DEN, or Digital Entertainment Networks, has a subscriber base of 10 million. ET says DEN is looking to raise Rs500 crore through an initial public offering. It has already raised Rs150 crore through private placement.

Coca Cola India is launching its latest campaign for its soft drink brand Sprite online first. The campaign will go on TV only two days after the digital campaign breaks, reports Business Standard. The cola major has tied up with Web18 portal to launch the campaign.
