Hyderabad-based digital marketing firm Ybrant Digital is continuing its acquisition spree. Close on the heels of its purchase of Argentinian ad network Dream Ad, the company today said it has acquired Australia-based ad network Max Interactive. The deal marks Ybrant’s entry into the wider Asian and Pacific market. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Max Interactive creates display ads, as well as mobile and e-mail marketing campaigns. The company’s client list includes Vodafone (NYSE: VOD), Telstra, HP, Nokia (NYSE: NOK), Nissan, Citibank, American Express, Visa among other big brands.
