ProtonMedia, virtual worlds tech and services firm, has raised $2.5 million in funding, according to an SEC filing. The Pennsylvania-based company develops virtual training and education environments for brands like *BP*, Eli Lilly and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business; it did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the source of the funding.
