The lowly USB key flash drive has grown up to 128 GB, which is pretty darn big. A couple of new 128 GB flash drives are available if you can afford them. The Kingston DataTraveler offers the highest capacity in their product line and comes with password protection to keep your many, many files safe. The Kingston drive will cost you a cool $547, which is a small fortune, but you get that retractable USB connector so you can forgo a cap.
EDGE Tech’s DiskGO key drive is also 128 GB in girth and is a relative bargain at $390. You don’t get the password protection and you need a cap, though. :)

Both companies have smaller capacities available if the big price tag is too rich for your blood.
