French startup Goojet has raised 6 million euros (US$8.5 million) in second round funding. The round included existing investors Partech International, Elaia Partners and IRDI-ICSO, and new investor VC firm Orkos Capital. Goojet offers a free application/portal with icons that represent your favorite apps, websites and services, which has tailored versiona for the iPhone, BlackBerry and Android platform as well as hundreds of Java-capable phones. Goojet currently has 300,000 users in France and plans to use the new funding to expand internationally, reports TechCrunch.
