Got a complaint about AT&T? AT&T (NYSE: T) Chairman and CEO Randall Stephenson has an answer for you: buy new phones that will take advantage of the changes coming in the carrier’s network. That isn’t exactly what he said but it might as well be. Want to take advantage of the new broadband upgrade to HSPA 7.2 announced today? You’ll need a new phone. What to be part of the LTE revolution eventually? You’ll need a new phone for that. The good news: those LTE handsets will be backwards compatible.
