[qi:021] The National Venture Capital Association launched a job listings service today to track open positions at venture-backed startups. The new site, called StartupHire.com, currently lists 10,000 openings, with 37 percent of them in California. For a select few, this may be a good source of information, but it’s primarily a convenient way to show the government that venture firms are creating jobs, even in this downturn.
