As I suggested when he left the Republican National Committee earlier this year, Cyrus Krohn is headed back to Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) to work for Scott Moore, his former boss in Redmond and at *Yahoo*. In this latest incarnation, Krohn starts Monday as director of online services programming, responsible for leading the program strategy for MSN Local.
