imageSince he took over as the chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, one of India’s most important and powerful independent regulators, in March 2006, Nripendra Misra has found himself at the centre of technology-intensive policy making. Tomorrow: The change in thinking within TRAI, changes in systems and processes, his wish list for the authority and how he ranks the ministries he works with as well as how he would rate TRAI’s performance against the world’s best regulators.
