Mobile publishing company Lexy has raised $1.25 million in seed capital from KPG Ventures. Lexy will use the money to increase its subscriber base and revenues. It has a mobile publishing solution which uses text and audio. People create a playlist of short-form media by subscribing to various audio feeds on a publishers, site, or the Lexy phone service itself. The person is alerted by text or e-mail and can listen to the content via their phone or the web. (release)
