Visto has completed its acquisition of Good Technology from Motorola (NYSE: MOT), announced a week ago. The combined company will be called Good Technology and will have “400 people directly operating in 10 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific”. Visto will use Good Technology’s relationships with US operators and extensive base of enterprise customers to move into the enterprise mobile e-mail space and compete with RIM (NSDQ: RIMM). Release.
