Motorola (NYSE: MOT) shares have stabilzed this week after an SEC filing indicated that the co-CEOs bought stock in the company. “Co-Chief Executive Greg Brown bought up 525,000 shares at about $3.83 each, spending a total of $2 million and bringing his holdings to 2.2 million shares…Sanjay Jha, who was hired last summer to run the Schaumburg, Ill., company’s struggling mobile-devices segment and also serves as co-chief executive, bought 200,000 shares for an average of $3.67 each, spending roughly $734,000. He now owns about 3.9 million Motorola shares” reports BusinessWeek. It’s fallen a bit since then, and is still well off the year high of $11.92.
