— New Scrabulous Goes Mobile: Lexulous (ex-WordScraper, ex-Scrabbulous) has again beaten Hasbro and Mattel to a market, launching a mobile application which lets people play the popular Facebook game on their handsets. Most makers seem to be supported, although applications for the iPhone and Android phones are still in development.
— Garmin announces mobile phone: Garmin said it has formed a partnership with ASUSTeK Computer to distribute a co-branded location-centric mobile phone. The two companies say they have already developed a product line of phones, which will be known as the Garmin-Asus nüvifone series, and come to market this year. The first phone will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress. Release.
— Nickelodeon launches first iPhone app: Nickelodeon is launching a series of iPhone apps based on the TV shows SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer and iCarly. Nick will also launch extensions of its online gaming sites–Shockwave.com and AddictingGames.com
