Jivox, the online ‘do-it-yourself’ video advertising platform targeted at small and medium businesses, has announced an affiliate programme under which online publishers and marketing agencies can provide components of the Jivox service to their clients.
The programme offers three levels of engagement, a release said. Online publishers can sign up to make a co-branded online video ad service available to their clients. Advertising and marketing agencies can create a Jivox master account and offer online video advertising services to clients and also manage client relationships. And a third level, which is a simple referral partnership, where publishers refer their advertisers as well as website visitors to Jivox.
The firm obviously hopes the partnership programme will help the service gain greater traction as viral marketing sets in through partner sites. The success of any program like this will depend on the benefits
